Intro to German Short Rows
Romi Hill's Sea Stars pattern, using German short rows for shaping, is simple and fun. It makes a great wash or dishcloth or even a coaster. Worked up in Universal Clean Cotton, a yarn made from recycled cotton and polyester, washable and sustainable!
Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: adventurous beginner/intermediate - you've successfully completed Knitting Basics and Circular Knitting.
- We provide: Plenty of space, waste yarn, and encouragement.
- You bring: yourself, a copy of the pattern, approximately 70 yards of worsted weight yarn, pattern worked in Universal Clean Cotton. Size 7 needles or whatever you need to get gauge in straight or circular, and a tapestry needle; we offer 15% off all materials purchased for class.
